Mission Statement

Our mission at Bordentown Family Dental, is to provide the finest most state of the art and yet conservative and practical dental care available. We offer fair and reasonable prices, in a relaxed and warm environment. We take our time with our patients, and we enjoy getting to know you, as well as providing high quality service that will last. We endeavor to treat each patient as if they were a family member.

Our goal is to help our family of patients to maintain their teeth and general oral health throughout their lifetime. We offer a wide variety of diagnostic and dental services to accomplish this.

We hope to provide thoughtful and compassionate care for any needs that may arise. Towards this end we have a caring experienced staff, and Nitrous Oxide gas as well as other stress reducing modalities. The doctors are always available for emergencies after hours and we provide both an answering service and beeper service. Should you have any suggestions or comments we have placed an anonymous suggestion box in the waiting room. We hope you will take advantage of it, because we care what you think.

Financial Policy

We will always endeavor to provide you with a cost estimate before the initiation of dental treatment. For patients with insurance, we will be happy to send a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company, so that you will know how much the insurance will pay and what your payment responsibility will be.

All unpaid monthly balances are subject to a 1% interest charge (12%APR).

We accept most major credit cards.

For Non-Insurance Patients:

  • We expect payment in full at the time services are rendered.
  • We offer a 5% senior courtesy for patients 60 or over.
  • For major work, we offer a 5% full payment courtesy, full payment received on day treatment is begun.

For Insurance Patients:

  • As a courtesy, we will bill insurance for you and then send you a balance bill only after receiving payment from the insurance company.
  • Once you have received your first bill, we will expect payment in full.

For those patients anticipating difficulty in paying for major work, we will set up a monthly payment plan, however there will still be a monthly interest charge as noted above. We encourage charging of balances on credit cards.
